"SACRIFICE"
aka"Bob's Giant Monster Movie"
http://sacrifice.
Have you ever wanted to make your own giant monster movie?? Who hasn't right?? Just stop and think for a second how totally awesome that would be Yeah I know...gets you a little choked up and brings tears to your eyes huh?? How cool would it be to be able to brag and tell your friends, family, co-workers, boses, arch-nemesises, school mates, enemies, and eventually grandchildren that you had some small role in the making of a great kaiju film?? Well, I'm here to tell ya that yes it could happen:This is your opportunity to do just that. To be a part in the making of something potentially great. Bob[zilla] Nelson stands here humbly before us asking for our help in making his very ambitious new giant monster film; "Sacrifice". A film that he's making especially for us the truest and most obsessive of kaiju fanatics. He doesn't want to just make just another cheesy/crappy, horrid, straight-to-dvd wreck of a movie, no, he wants to make us the very best looking and most exciting giant monster epic possible!! However he needs our help. I know...you're thinking 'oh great this nutcase wants us to donate a bunch of money to make his movie and we get nothing in return'. Not this time friends. Nope. He's got something great to offer up;
"Starting on September 22nd, we'll be making the first two chapters of the movie available- one will be a free download, one will be $1.25. It's important to note- this is how we are raising the money to fund the movie, so we are asking for the support of the Kaiju/sci-fi/fantasy community to- at the very least, give these first couple chapters a spin. If it's a good story to you, we certaainly like it, then hang with us and you can pick up each chapter as it comes out.
Also, we have scheduled an internet chat session with the "Gang"; myself, Kent, Michael and Brent, so that people can talk about the chapters, and ask about where we are at in the project. That is scheduled for September 30 at 7:30pm Pacific Time. More details will be available after we do some major updates to the Brick Cave Media site this weekend, but i think we look forward to sharing our excitement with you and starting the next stage of the project. " OK you guys LOVE a good kaiju fiction right?? You'll really LOVE this one!! If you can't afford to toss up $ 20.00 right away no one's saying you have to. It's just $ 1.25 a week!! That's dirt cheap!! What in the %&*& can you buy these days for that?? How about downloading the first 'free' chapter and giving it a read and see if you'd like to stick around with the rest of us and help make a monster movie?? They're already lining up helicopters, humvees, military equipment...Yeah, you don't want to be left out!! Now, I'm not saying; give us your money. I'm just asking you to check it out and see for yourself if you'd like to be a part of it all. THANKS!!
www.brickcavemedia.com/Film.
YOU HAVE TO REGISTER TO GET THE CHAPTERS BUT THE FIRST ONE IS FREE AND THERE'S NO OBLIGATION. www.brickcavemedia.com/store/
"Just a quick note from Bob: someone emailed me about the store and the free chapter. Apparently, there is a point in the checkout process where a message comes up as "We are unable to accept payment from your region at this time."
I tested it, and if you continue on the process, it works fine, apparently it's a default message when there is no money being charged.
I guess a "we can't charge you" if "there's nothing to charge you for" kind of thing."

Please read carefully!
ATTENTION!! E-MAIL UPDATE/CORRECTION!! I've just been in contact with the creators of this project. They have informed me that the e-mail address that was posted for e-mails wasn't correct. They have only received "6 e-mails"!!!! Here's the new one: kontakt@gualagon.de I have corrected it above now as well. PLEASE by all means if you have already sent them an e-mail then send them another one, because it most likely wasn't received. If you haven't yet sent them one then PLEASE don't hesitate to do so!! On a good note they have also informed me that they have decided to publish the soundtrack themselves including an English booklet and are even considering placing English subtitles on the audio play!!!! More fantastic news is that there will be more of those great CGI visuals coming!!!!
It looks like we have a Cloverfield inspired independent monster movie. But instead of some giant, ticked off critter flattening a major metropolis, this kaiju is going after the residents of a smaller, backwoods type setting.
For more information, you can check out Robert Hood's article HERE!
It sure looks like an interesting film.I will definitely be checking this one out!
I got this information from Avery........
Now's our chance guys!!!! They're giving us a chance to let them know if we want 'GUALAGON' and they've given' us a better explanation of the project; on the official website there is now[at the left hand bottom corner] an option for English: "A hearty Hello to all of you international Kaiju Fans out there! We've noticed, that our Gualagon project has created a lot of interest in the community, so we decided to include this text on the website as well.
Godzilla85 Productions has struck again! This time I have made a video for the talented Todd Tennant.Watch and enjoy!
Well the ever gracious Todd Tennant has provided me with another sneak peek for his Tales of King Komodo graphic novel, whci hcan be read in G-Fan magazine.
This picture seems to show King Komodo either getting zapped by some sort of power equipment or being experimented on.The reason why I say that is becuase it looks like he is in a laboratory.Well whatever the case is,it looks to be an exciting tale.
What is Gualagon you say?Well according to Avery it's a German radio drama that takes place in 1966 Japan and the man who is working on this interesting project is the same guy who is working on the unfinished German King Kong knock off called "Kongula".
You can visit the official website by clicking on the link below. It is a German website,so you're going to need some kind of translator.I believe Google has a program designed specifically for that task.
Avery also stated that if Gualagon is successful, that there is a possibility that they're might be a comic or even a film!I for one would like to see this radio drama made into a film!
Also Robert Hood has some additional information on his website about this interesting kaiju !

I got this information from Armand Vaquer up at MySpace.......
Turner Classic Movies has a list of 200 movies not out on DVD. Here's our opening as "Godzilla 1985" is on the list. Vote for "Godzilla 1985" to be released on DVD.
Avery Guerra has brought to my attention an indie monster film called "Serpent Lake".From what he has told me the film currently is in production, and is slated for release on July,24th 2009.
He says that the plot is about a giant serpent named "Tiny Tim" who,and I quote,"Just wants to eat people and be left alone!"Now really is that so bad?Who cares if a couple people get eaten here and there, just as long as Tiny Tim dosen't go on a rampage and destroy the nearest town?
Check out the trailer here and there is a link to the movie's website
Thanks to Avery Guerra and Robert Hood's Undead Backbrain for the information!

Well Avery has done it again. He just emailed me a link for a second trailer for Outlander, the Vikings vs. Huge Alien movie.Yeah I know that it sounds strange, but trust me this movie is gonna rock!
Spread the word!More people need to hear about this movie!
